Job Title: Clinical Social Worker

Job Summary:
Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tallahassee, FL. The ideal candidate will be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Florida, able to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week, and possess strong character, integrity, and adaptability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individual and group therapy sessions for clients
- Develop and maintain a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless care and support for clients
- Participate in regular professional development and training opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field
- Current licensure as LCSW in Florida
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
