About Ruan Transportation Management Systems

We are seeking a Class A CDL driver to load and haul milk in tankers, making both local and regional runs to dairy farms. This dedicated position offers a competitive compensation package.

**Compensation Package**

Enjoy a weekly pay structure with $25 per hour for the first 40 hours, and overtime paid at the same rate thereafter. The average annual salary for this role is approximately $78,000.

**Schedule and Work-Life Balance**

As a dedicated driver, you will have 5 days on and 2 days off, with occasional layovers. This schedule allows for daily home time and opportunities to recharge before returning to work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Class A CDL license
  • Tank endorsement required
  • No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
  • No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
  • 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
