About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team at Mass General Brigham. As a School Clinician/Social Worker, you will work closely with students, families, and educators to provide a supportive and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with complex mental health needs.
  • Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support to students and families.
  • Collaborate with educators and clinicians to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to student care.
  • Conduct in-service training and provide clinical supervision to trainees.
  • Write IEP Progress Reports and present findings at special education team meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) with LICSW certification.
  • Experience working with adolescents in a school setting, preferably with significant mental health issues.
  • Strong clinical skills, including crisis stabilization and family support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary setting.
