- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, perform diagnostic tests, and conduct physical assessments as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, ensuring timely and effective communication with the healthcare team.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or eligibility for licensure by end of orientation.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to completion of orientation.
- AHA ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
