Key Responsibilities:
Engaging in a standardized cost structure

Overseeing and/or executing:
Bill of materials
Routing processes
Automated labor monitoring
Inventory assessment/control
Analysis of labor and overhead rates
Product cost analysis
Variance assessments
Coordination and oversight of the costing framework across various sites
Traveling to different sites and corporate offices as necessary
Directly supervising cross-departmental processes, encompassing accounting, engineering, sales, manufacturing, and procurement

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with a strong focus on cost accounting within a standardized cost framework.
Proven ability to collaborate with and lead a multi-person team.
Experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally with a focus on metal fabrication.
Background in industrial engineering is a plus.
