Position Overview:
- Conduct time studies utilizing methodologies such as MODAPS, MOST, MTM, or Stop Watch.
- Perform Value-Added (VA) and Non-Value-Added (NVAA) analysis and propose enhancement strategies.
- Expertise in ergonomic standards and improvements.
- Proficient in layout modifications and enhancements using AutoCAD.
- Experience in line balancing scenarios and their implementation.
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
- Skilled in MS Excel and Power BI.
- Experience working within a unionized environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Significant industrial engineering experience in Off Highway, Automobile assembly, Industrial, or Aerospace sectors.
