About the Role
JAG Physical Therapy, a renowned outpatient orthopedic physical therapy company, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. Located throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York, we offer a supportive environment where you can excel in your career.

We are offering an attractive salary of up to $90,000 per year, including a sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 and relocation assistance of up to $2,500. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans to aid their recovery and enhance functional independence.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
* Utilize clinical decision-making skills to assess patient needs and make informed decisions regarding treatment plans.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote evidence-based practice and optimize patient outcomes.
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements by participating in ongoing education and training opportunities.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred)
* Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state practicing in
* Valid CPR certification
* Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) software (desired)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of patient care
