The successful candidate will be responsible for providing empathetic support, guidance, and education to clients, helping them navigate their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a caseload of up to 6 clients, prioritizing their unique needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective treatment planning.
  • Develop and lead group therapy sessions, focusing on relapse prevention and coping skills.
  • Work closely with clients and their families to establish personalized recovery goals and action plans.
  • Conduct regular visual checks during shifts, guaranteeing a proactive approach to patient well-being.

Requirements:

  • Active certification as a Registered Addiction Technician (RADT).
  • Current TB and Physical examination reports.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • A strong compassionate nature, accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience working with substance abuse and mental health clients.

Compensation Information:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $75,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
