The Physical Therapy Technician plays a vital role in supporting our therapists and patients. As a key member of our team, you will assist in providing a high-quality treatment experience, ensuring patients receive the necessary support to reach their recovery objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Assist therapists in providing a welcoming and comforting environment for patients.
  • Display exceptional customer service skills and provide encouragement to patients.
  • Follow established plans of care and assist therapists with non-clinical tasks.
  • Educate patients on equipment usage and safety.
  • Assist patients with light exercises and strengthening techniques.
  • Apply therapeutic modalities, such as heat/ice packs and electrical stimulation.
  • Ensure safe patient transfer and mobility.
  • Maintain effective communication with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Comply with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
  • No required education or experience necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ideal candidate will be pursuing a physical therapist or other healthcare degree.
