We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Care Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, promoting optimal health and well-being.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identifying and addressing the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Document patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Current valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) issued by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home care setting.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
