We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Anesthesia Technician to join our team at Memorial Hermann Health System. As an Anesthesia Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist anesthesiologists in preparing patients and the environment for surgery, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for all.
- Prepare and maintain anesthesia equipment, including machines, carts, and supplies, to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team to ensure seamless communication and coordination during surgical procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the operating room.
- Successful completion of hospital-specific orientation program.
- BLS (American Heart Association) certification.
- 1+ years of anesthesia experience preferred.
- Hospital experience required.
