The Custodial Services Coordinator position at the Chatfield Fire Department is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including cleaning floors, walls, and surfaces.
- Operate various pieces of equipment, such as floor buffers, vacuum cleaners, and power washers.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas that require attention.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in custodial services or a related field.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
As a Custodial Services Coordinator with the Chatfield Fire Department, you can expect a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
