Position Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Lube Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in automotive mechanics along with a good mechanical aptitude; certification or a technical degree is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation: $17 - $20 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct tests to verify that systems and components are secure and functioning correctly
- Identify systems or components that may have caused issues
- Operate vehicles for testing purposes and inspect fluid levels, refilling as necessary
- Ensure proper tire pressure and perform cleaning and lubrication of fittings as required
- Install new oil drain plugs and filters, communicating oil levels to team members
- Maintain high efficiency and accuracy during inspections and recommendations
- Utilize power tools, machine tools, and standard hand tools for various tasks
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to follow detailed instructions and inspection protocols
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a desire for continuous improvement
- Willingness to learn new technologies, repair methods, and service specifications
- Proficient in operating electronic testing and inspection tools
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- ASE Certification or Technical degree is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
