Immigration Attorney

VICTORY LAW OFFICE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our growing team.

As an Immigration Attorney, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with various immigration matters. This includes providing legal counsel, preparing and filing applications, representing clients in hearings, and staying abreast of changes in immigration law.

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of immigration issues.
• Draft and file various immigration petitions and applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and administrative hearings.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on current immigration laws and regulations.
• Maintain client files and documentation meticulously.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Illinois Bar License in good standing.
• 1+ year of experience in immigration law preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to new attorneys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
