Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor using your own vehicle and trailer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect trash from residents' doorsteps and transport it to the onsite trash compactor using your own vehicle and trailer.
  • Take required photos using our company's App during service to track and document your work.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, using your own vehicle and trailer to complete tasks.
  • Adapt to changing weather conditions and work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.

Requirements:

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • A reliable open-bed pickup truck or vehicle with a trailer.
  • Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name (or listed as a driver on policy) for your vehicle.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
