Compensation:

$18 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute lesson plans that meet curriculum guidelines
  • Ensure a safe and welcoming learning space for all students
  • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to enhance student learning
  • Engage in professional development to improve teaching methodologies
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a High School diploma; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in a licensed childcare setting
  • Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification if not already certified
  • Commitment to complete 15 hours of continuing education annually
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with others
  • A genuine passion for teaching
  • Enthusiasm for creating a positive educational impact
