Role Overview: A Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for effectively matching candidates with suitable job opportunities, guiding them through their career journey, and aligning their skills with the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while ensuring a positive experience for candidates, staff, and clients.
  • Strategic Engagement: Identify, assess, and manage a diverse pool of qualified candidates and professionals.
  • Proactively address challenges in service delivery and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to devise solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers to secure future opportunities within the Manpower Inc. network.

Market Insight: Understand and communicate the dynamics of the local job market, workforce trends, and management practices.

Sales Support: Assist in enhancing local sales initiatives by identifying additional opportunities with clients, promoting top talent profiles, and engaging with high-demand employers.

Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.

Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and establish recruitment strategies.

Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and staffing.

Daily Activities:

  • Utilize various methods to discover and attract candidates, including job postings, social media, networking events, referrals, and outreach campaigns.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the qualifications for open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and feedback.
  • Engage with community partners and participate in local networking events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients and perform on-site check-ins for high-volume accounts.
  • Organize job fairs and recruitment events in the local area.
  • Ensure data integrity within the applicant tracking system.
