About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Oakley, a leading brand in the eyewear industry. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable and exceeds expectations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store objectives, maintain a positive store environment, and foster strong relationships with peers and management.
  • Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Embody the Oakley brand values, treating customers and colleagues with respect and promoting an inclusive culture.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, computers, and basic math skills.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.
  • Strong communication and sales skills, with a desire to meet sales goals.
  • Self-motivated and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
