Phlebotomist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Phlebotomist Specialist to join our team at A+ Consulting. As a Phlebotomist Specialist, you will be responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric experience, and the ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and documentation, demonstrate organizational commitment, and promote a positive image to patients and employees.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months experience and one year phlebotomy experience preferred. Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is also preferred.
