Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager with daily operations, including opening and closing tasks, cash management, and stock oversight.
  • Help achieve sales objectives by tracking sales metrics and identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Oversee and support store personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and training.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of team members to cultivate a positive workplace atmosphere.
  • Ensure the store is well-presented and execute effective visual merchandising strategies.
  • Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers and boost sales.
  • Review sales and inventory reports to refine product selection and reduce losses.
  • Establish and enforce operational procedures and policies to guarantee efficiency and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Store Manager.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 10 pounds.
  • Capable of standing and using hands repetitively for extended periods.
  • Ability to reach overhead, push, pull, bend, and grasp items.
