Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled automation professional to join our team at Latitude Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) in Ladder Logic programming, as well as C++ programming.

This role involves designing, developing, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated control systems to optimize manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and program PLC-based control systems using Ladder Logic.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Perform electrical troubleshooting and maintenance on automation equipment.
  • Integrate control systems with various industrial components such as sensors, actuators, and HMIs.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production teams to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure proper operation.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, manuals, and software backups.
  • Provide training and support to maintenance and operations personnel.

Skill Requirements:
Experience with PLCs, Ladder Logic, and C++ programming.
