Role Summary:

The Pest Control Specialist collaborates closely with the District Manager and fellow team members to address service requests for various properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trapping and removal of wildlife
  • Exclusion and preventative measures
  • Repairing wildlife damage
  • Population management and Integrated Pest Management (IPM)

To excel in this role, a successful Pest Control Specialist should be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be the hero in resolving our clients' pest challenges.

Qualifications:

As a leader in the industry, we seek candidates who are physically capable of performing the following tasks:

  • Using ladders within a weight capacity of 275 lbs
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 75 lbs
  • Accessing confined spaces such as attics and crawl spaces
  • Working in various weather conditions

Additional Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in service, general labor, or construction is preferred but not mandatory
  • A valid driving record and the ability to pass a drug screening are required
