Polaris Electrical Engineering Internship Overview

The Polaris Electrical Engineering Internship is a 12-week paid internship designed for emerging sophomores, juniors, and seniors interested in pursuing a career in a leading global powersports industry.

Program Details
  • This program is for future leaders who seek a culture built on innovation, passion, and collaboration.
  • As an Electrical Engineering Intern, you will be given impactful, project-based assignments that allow you to have exposure to multiple facets of engineering to help you develop and define core areas of interest and strengths.
  • You will receive personalized goals and projects that track directly to the needs of the business to allow you to have a hand in key company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement various engineering projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving for engineering roadblocks.
  • Gain experience in Systems Engineering, Embedded Electronics, Automated Electronics, Control Development, Infotainment, Autonomous, and Electrification depending on interests and business needs.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related Engineering degree with an intended graduation date between December 2024-May 2027.
  • Minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
  • Able to complete a full 12-week commitment working 40 hours per week.
  • Geographic willingness to partake in the intern matching process.
  • Proven strength in analysis and creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal relationships, self-motivation, and leadership.
