As a Retail Sales Associate at Burlington Stores, Inc., you'll be responsible for greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a neat and organized sales floor, and supporting the management team with day-to-day store operations. You may be assigned to work in various departments, including Ladies, Men, Youth, Sportswear, Shoes, Home, or Baby Depot.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in locating merchandise when needed
  • Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping
  • Assist in ringing up sales at registers and/or bagging merchandise
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time-to-time
