Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to our guests' specifications, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment, such as grills, fryers, and ovens, with precision and care.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, management, and front-of-house team members to ensure smooth service.
Requirements
  • Food Handler Certification (or equivalent) is required.
  • Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
