Job Title: Electronics Systems Specialist

Crescens is seeking an experienced Electronics Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing complex electronic systems.

About the Role:

  • Maintain and repair various electronic equipment, including mobile radios, data terminals, alarm and public address systems, dispatch consoles, video monitoring systems, pagers, portable chargers, microphones, personal computers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot equipment failure using test schedules, work orders, test manuals, performance specifications, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
  • Inventories and orders supplies and equipment, arranging delivery as needed.
  • Prioritizes repairs according to sworn and civil personnel.
  • Converses with equipment end-users to determine problems before breakdown and assess whether issues are due to human error or mechanical malfunctions.
  • Collaborates with manufacturers' engineers, technicians, and others regarding testing procedures and results, resolving any problems that arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics, radio communications, or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year's experience as an Electronics Systems Specialist required; 2-3 years of experience preferred.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
