Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in Watertown, South Dakota.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing ultrasound procedures in a fast-paced radiology environment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform ultrasound procedures on patients, including abdominal, obstetric, and vascular exams
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification in Radiography or Sonography
  • 2+ years of experience in ultrasound or radiology
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
