RAMPF Group Inc is seeking a highly skilled Chemical Formulation Specialist to join our R&D team. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative polyurethane and epoxy formulations to meet specific performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new polyurethane and epoxy formulations to meet customer needs
• Research and testing of new raw materials to improve existing products
• Utilize expertise in polyurethane and epoxy chemistry to troubleshoot formulation issues
• Testing of physical and mechanical properties, creating test methods for special applications
• Creating lab reports and other necessary documentation
• Technical support for customer complaints and technical support for scale up, production, sales, and engineering
• Preparation of customer samples and supporting the R&D and QC team
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Knowledge of polyurethane and epoxy chemistry and formulation
• Experience with mechanical and physical testing and dispersion and 2K dosing process
• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in research and development of polyurethane and/or epoxy formulations
