About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Coordinator to join our team at CenterWell Primary Care. As a key member of our office team, you will provide administrative support to our business units, ensuring timely and effective clerical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to business units, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as answering phones, taking messages, and distributing mail.
  • Perform calculations and enter data accurately into documents and office systems.
  • Communicate with external vendors to arrange equipment service and repair.
  • Perform other routine administrative activities as needed.
Requirements
  • Less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple initiatives and prioritize workload.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Previous administrative or related experience.
