Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Responsibilities- Provide personalized support services to clients, including daily living assistance, transportation, and social activities.
- Implement and monitor individualized Service Plans, ensuring goal-oriented outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders, fostering trust and respect.
- Promote a strengths-based perspective, empowering clients to reach their full potential and live independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in caregiving, customer service, or a related field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in various environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
This role involves working in community or home settings, interacting with clients, families, and colleagues. You will be expected to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate a professional demeanor at all times.
