Job Title: Senior Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team at Spring Health. As a key member of our Business Intelligence organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining robust data models, ensuring data consistency across the organization, and creating comprehensive documentation to enable downstream teams to access and utilize data effectively.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and maintain core data models in dbt to support key business metrics and ensure data consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with finance and other data analysts to define and finalize critical business metrics and ensure proper data infrastructure to serve them.
  • Ensure downstream teams can access and utilize data effectively by providing comprehensive documentation and support.
  • Collaborate with other analytics engineers to ensure we're providing consistent data across the entire organization.
  • Drive data quality initiatives by building monitoring systems and creating processes that guarantee accurate, auditable data.
  • Regularly audit and review data models to maintain their relevance and accuracy, ensuring long-term data integrity across the organization.

We offer a competitive salary range of $159,100 - $170,000, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision benefits, a yearly allotment of no-cost visits to our network of therapists, coaches, and medication management providers, and 10 allocated sick days per year.
