We are in search of a dedicated full-time Case Manager to enhance our team. A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related discipline, along with experience in working with children and families, is required. We will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success.
A Typical Day as a Case Manager
In this role, you will collaborate with children and families to ensure their well-being and safety within their home settings. Case Managers impart essential skills such as emotional regulation, fostering healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and effective communication within families, among other vital competencies. You will work collaboratively as part of a team to assess needs, develop plans, and advocate for improved quality of life for those you serve.
