As an estimator, you'll be responsible for estimating fabricated structural steel. This role comes with a competitive salary and great benefits.

• Conduct quantitative take-offs and oversee project plans, requirements, and specifications.
• Determine labor and equipment costs and prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and materials pricing.
• Understand project logistics and project schedule for Steel industry standards.
• Review quotes and estimates with the project team and prepare estimates at different levels of completion.
• Orchestrate pre-construction duties and meetings with owners, clients, and engineers.
• Serve as the company interface between owner and architect.

• 2+ years of structural and miscellaneous steel estimating experience.
• Detailing experience is not required but is a bonus.
• Advanced computer skills with estimating software.
• Extensive knowledge of construction costs and engineering principles.
• Understanding of structural steel and miscellaneous metal concepts.
