Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance and Staff Competencies
- Developing Workflows and Processes
- Leading a team of medical technologists
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. Degree in Medical Technology or a related field and ASCP Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS). At least 2 years of previous laboratory experience is required.
