Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rheumatologist to join our team at Dermatology Skin and Cancer Institute. As a Rheumatologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our institution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treating Rheumatic Conditions
    • Treating patients with arthritis, back pain, and osteoporosis
    • Evaluating the effects of rheumatic conditions on the immune system
  • Designing and Implementing Treatment Plans
    • Developing tailored treatment plans for patients
    • Assessing joint-related conditions and designing treatment plans accordingly
  • Collaborating with Healthcare Professionals
    • Collaborating with primary care physicians to provide comprehensive patient care
    • Attending weekly patient care conferences and participating in meetings and conferences
  • Providing Patient Education and Counseling
    • Providing counseling and education to patients on their treatment plans and conditions
    • Ensuring patients understand their treatment options and are empowered to make informed decisions
  • Managing Staff and Maintaining Medical Records
    • Supervising and evaluating staff members
    • Maintaining and updating medical records to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Staying Current with Medical Knowledge
    • Participating in continuing medical education to stay current with evidence-based medicine standards
    • Continuously assessing and improving patient care and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Board certification in Rheumatology
  • Current medical licensure
  • Ability to obtain a J1 visa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
