Permanency Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Permanency Supervisor to join our team at Texas Family Initiative LLC.

About the Role

The Permanency Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff assigned to the area, promoting the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program, and coordinating with staff from other agencies involved in providing Permanency Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Permanency staff to ensure high-quality services are provided to children and families.
• Promote the well-being of children in the Permanency Services Program through effective case management and coordination with community resources.
• Collaborate with staff from other agencies to ensure a comprehensive approach to providing Permanency Services.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and 4 years of full-time child placing experience as a worker or above in a private or state agency.
