Job Description
The Collision Damage Assessor is responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the repair process. This includes preparing estimates according to manufacturer and company guidelines, partnering with insurance companies, and maintaining communication with customers. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout the repair process.
• Prepare estimates according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Partner with insurance companies to manage customer claims and ensure the best customer experience.
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates on the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians to confirm all aspects of the damages are identified.
• Maintain customer satisfaction scores according to company standards.
• Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Ability to provide clear, concise information in writing, via phone and in-person.
• Prior collision estimating experience preferred.
• Familiar with estimating systems, such as CCC1, preferred.
• I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Successful completion of background check required.

Salary
The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The salary is commission-based and dependent on expected sales volume.
