As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
- Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel.
- Provide high-quality patient care, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for patients and families.
**Requirements**
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
