Team Overview:

Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence, comprising over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers who assist nearly 200,000 individuals annually, in their residences, clinics, and various congregate living settings across our extensive service area.

HCC offers a comprehensive array of services and support for individuals of all ages, particularly those facing chronic or life-limiting conditions. Our core competencies include restorative care, ongoing care, and end-of-life support.
