Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of DSHS-approved Dementia and Mental Health training within 90 days of employment.
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon commencement.

Team Overview:
Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence, comprising over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers who assist nearly 200,000 individuals annually, in their residences, clinics, and various congregate living settings across our extensive service area.
HCC offers a comprehensive array of services and support for individuals of all ages, particularly those facing chronic or life-limiting conditions. Our core competencies include restorative care, ongoing care, and end-of-life support. Our service offerings encompass assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, home health, home infusion/pharmacy services, home medical equipment, hospice and palliative care, and supportive housing.
