About the Role:

As an Airport Shuttle Driver with Ace Parking Management, Inc., you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to and from the airport. This is a critical role that requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions with passengers will directly impact their experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations in a timely manner.
  • Safely operate shuttle vehicles following all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption, and daily activities.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers and cargo at all times.
  • Assist passengers with luggage, boarding, and exiting the shuttle.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years' experience driving a commercial vehicle.
  • Clean driving record and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with passenger endorsement.
  • Up-to-date medical certification.
