Job Overview

Position Title: Training Specialist

Role Summary:

The Training Specialist is responsible for acquiring a comprehensive understanding of all warehouse operations to effectively implement Online Fulfillment Center tasks and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Compensation:

  • Starting at $17 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Introduce new associates to the facility

Physical Requirements:

The physical requirements outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully execute the essential functions of this role. The employee must be capable of performing physical tasks necessary for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and transporting materials throughout the warehouse, which may include standing, walking, bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, climbing ladders, and lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds.
