About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team at Skanska. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and profitable execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents to ensure compliance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential issues and delays.
  • Manage and oversee the execution of construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects, including experience with change order and ticket management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
