Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to ensure the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
  • Respond to service requests and repairs as directed, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Prepare units for guest arrival by performing maintenance work as directed.
  • Apply basic knowledge of repair and replacement of general fixtures, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
  • Clean and maintain outside landscape, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
  • Clean and inspect in-building systems and report deficiencies to supervisor.
Requirements:
  • A professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
  • Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
  • Basic handyman skills.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $18.50.
