The Financial Services Representative plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and making a great impression for our customers. As the bank's front-line customer service associate, this position is responsible for originating accounts and services, handling teller transactions, and responding to customer inquiries by phone and in person.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet clients as they enter the lobby and answer incoming phone calls.
- Serve customers by opening new accounts for commercial and consumer clients.
- Have knowledge of bank products to recommend suitable options based on customer needs.
- Perform all teller duties, including client transactions, cash drawer maintenance, and daily balancing.
- Have knowledge of ATMs, vaults, coins, cash, and GL accounts to be balanced daily.
- Follow dual control procedures and serve as a team member to accomplish company objectives.
This role requires outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to cross-sell products and services. You must maintain confidentiality of client transactions and bank records, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others. Strong math and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in operating standard office equipment and software.
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent, plus a minimum of one year banking experience.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish required.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, such as computers, typewriters, calculators, and copiers.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
