Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare treatment rooms for patients by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Assist patients with physical therapy treatment by providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Perform various tasks such as laundry, maintaining linens, and recording daily notes.
  • Provide information to patients by answering questions and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Help treat patients by applying ice or heat packs, assisting with exercises, and monitoring patient progress.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping sensitive information secure.
  • Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide equipment and supplies by sterilizing and delivering them to treatment areas.
  • Enhance the physical therapy department and organization reputation by being a team player and accepting ownership for new and different requests.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential documents and organize multiple priorities.
  • Ability to identify and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

This role requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and stretching. You must have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
