Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Critical Care Unit Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
  • Supervise and coordinate the care provided by professional and ancillary personnel.
  • Implement the nursing plan, coordinate with the medical plan, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality assurance endeavors and contribute to the maintenance of a positive and professional work environment.
Requirements
  • Current State License.
  • Minimum of one-year experience in Critical Care in an acute care hospital within the last three years.
  • Completion of AHA ACLS Provider Course within 12 months of employment.
  • CCRN preferred.
  • Experience with high acuity CCU/ICU/ER medical/surgical patients is preferred.
