Role Summary

As a Metal Fabrication Specialist, your key responsibilities will encompass custom metal fabrication, focusing on shell and tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and storage tanks. You will execute MIG flux-core welding on a diverse range of metals including stainless steel, carbon steel, and other precious alloys using 045 wire, along with performing TIG welding. Additional tasks will involve fitting components, adhering to welding codes, and interpreting blueprints.

Essential Skills
  • Proficient in TIG Welding
  • Experience with flux-core welding
  • Skilled in fabricating heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and tanks
  • Ability to fabricate steel products
  • Competent in taking precise measurements
  • Experienced in blueprint interpretation and understanding of weld symbols
  • Knowledgeable in layout and fabrication processes
  • Physically capable of meeting job demands, including lifting over 50 lbs
