Inspire Healthcare - Clinical Oncology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Oncology Specialist to join our team at Inspire Healthcare.

About the Role:

  • Provide exceptional patient care, including evaluating and examining new patients, managing patients undergoing treatment, and monitoring patients after treatment is complete.
  • Contribute to physicians' effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range patient care issues.
  • Assess patient health by interviewing patients, performing physical examinations, and obtaining medical histories.
  • Implement physician directives and provide information and commentary to the care team relevant to clinical deliberations.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient conditions and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to inform treatment decisions.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in oncology.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of clinical experience in oncology or a related field.
  • National certification as an Advanced Practice Provider (ANP, FNP, GNP, or PA-C).
  • Current DEA license and strong technical/computer skills, including EMR experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $125,000.00 per year, with competitive pay and incentive bonuses.
