Job Title: Travel Imaging Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Travel Imaging Technologist to join our team at Epic Travel Staffing. As a Travel Imaging Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using various imaging modalities, including CT scanners.

Job Summary:

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a 40-hour workweek. The shift is from 4:30 pm to 3 am, with 10 hours of work per day. The call requirement is every third weekend, from 7 pm to 7:30 am (Friday to Sunday). The float requirement is none.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist
  • ARRT (CT) certification
  • AHA BLS certification
  • GE experience is required, and PACS experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Level II Trauma experience
  • EPIC experience
  • PACS experience
Work Settings:
  • Adult acute care and ED required
  • Pediatric Acute Care, Adult Outpatient, Pediatric Outpatient, Level I Trauma, Level II Trauma preferred
Equipment:
  • GE required; PACS preferred
  • Abdomen & Pelvis: Colorectal Studies preferred
  • Chest: Chest without and/or with contrast, Vascular chest (e.g. pulmonary embolism, CTA, aorta) required
Post Processing:
  • 3D rendering (Maximum intensity projection, Surface shaded displays, Volume rendering) preferred
  • Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP) preferred
  • Region of interest measurement (ROI) preferred
Special Procedures:
  • Multiplanar Reconstruction, Vascular CTA preferred
  • Spine and Musculoskeletal: Cervical, Lumbar, Musculoskeletal trauma, Thoracic preferred
