  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including OSHA and EPA standards.
Who You Are:
You are a proactive planner who balances strategic thinking with actionable results. Your communication skills are versatile, allowing you to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, whether in small groups or larger settings. You excel at identifying issues and mapping out effective processes to address them, diving deep to uncover root causes and gather pertinent information.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in maintenance roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or a two-year technical degree is preferred.
  • Experience in welding and wastewater treatment.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience, including mentoring and engaging team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with both hourly and salaried staff.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office Suite and maintenance management software.
  • Knowledgeable in CNC, manual machinery, HVAC systems, pneumatic systems, and general electrical maintenance.
